How it works

  • 1. Choose delivery to your hotel or pick up from our location in Adelaide for free

    Specify the hotel or accommodation your are staying at in Adelaide at checkout. Delivery is an additional $20 for CBD hotel delivery and $30 within 10km of the city centre. Free pick up is available from our location near the Adelaide CBD.

  • 2. Choose your dates and bike in the correct size

    Select the dates you would like to rent the bike which will show the available bikes. See a size guide in the drop down below to ensure you choose the correct bike size.

  • 3. Choose your accessories

    Select your preferred pedal or choose BYO if you will bring your own. You can then select whether you want other accessories (helmet, lights, saddle bag) which are included in the price of the rental.

Bike Size Guide

Your Height:

XS: 162-170cm
Small: 165-175cm
Medium: 170-180cm
Large: 175-185cm
XL: 180-192cm

Measuring saddle height

In addition to you selecting the correct bike size, we will require your saddle height.

Measure the distance in centimetres between the centre of your crankset and the top of your saddle on your current bike, in the middle of the saddle rails.

Rental Inclusions

The following are included with your rental:

  1. Helmet: Small, Medium, Large or Bring Your Own.
  2. Pedals: Your choice of; Shimano SPD-SL Road, Shimano SP-MTB, Look Keo, Time Iclic, Speedplay, Flat pedals or Bring Your Own.
  3. Bottle Cages: (x2)
  4. Saddle Bag: Includes; Spare Tube, Tyre Levers, Co2 Canister and Co2 Inflator.
  5. Lights: We can provide both front & Rear Lights
  6. Computer Mount: Garmin or Wahoo Mounts Available.

To celebrate the launch of our Canberra site, we have automatically applied a $20 discount to the below rates:

1 day = $120 per day
2 days = $110 per day
3 days = $100 per day
4 days = $95 per day
5 days = $90 per day
6 days = $85 per day
7 days = $80 per day
8 days = $75 per day
9 days = $70 per day
10+ days = $65 per day

Pick up & Delivery Options

We can deliver to your hotel in the Adelaide CBD or surrounding suburbs for a fee confirmed at checkout.

You can also pick up from our location near the Adelaide CBD.

Can the bike be picked up the day before the rental starts?

Yes, you can pick the bike up after 4pm the day before your rental starts Monday to Friday.   For delivery to your hotel we will drop off the bike at the hotel concierge between 4-8pm the day before so its ready for you to pick up. 

Insurance

Your bike is not covered by insurance which means if you damage the bike or its stolen this cost will need to be covered by you.

For just $30 per day, our Bike Damage Protection offers peace of mind by reducing your financial responsibility for any accidental damage to your rented bike. Should any damage occur while riding, your out-of-pocket cost is capped at $500.

This cover applies only to accidental damage to the rental bike and does not extend to lost or stolen bikes, third-party claims, or personal injury.

Bike Damage Protection is an option in the checkout process when you rent your bike.  When you are at the step to add accessories - scroll to the far right.

We strongly advise you to arrange your own 3rd Party Liability Cover with a reputable provider to cover claims that may arise in the event of an incident or injury involving a 3rd party covering all road users and pedestrians.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

  • 30+ Days out - full refund
  • 7+ Days out - 20% or credit note full value
  • 48hrs+ out - 50% refund
  • Within 48 hours of rental - no refund
