How it works

  • 1. Choose delivery to your hotel or pick up from our CBD location for free

    We can deliver and pick up the bike at your hotel for a fee confirmed at checkout. Or you can pick from our location in the Perth CBD for free Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm and Saturday at 11am.

  • 1. Choose your dates and the correct bike size

    Select your dates you would like to rent the bike from and to and select your preferred bike in your size. See the bike size guide in the drop down below.

    Pick up is at 4pm and delivery is 5-8pm on the day you book.  If you would like to ride the morning of that day you will need to book the day before.  

  • 2. Choose your accessories

    - Select your preferred pedal or choose BYO if you will bring your own.

    - Select optional paid accessories (scroll right) including a GPS Bike Computer and Bike Damage Cover.

    - In the final step specify which optional free accessories you would like (helmet, lights, saddle bag).

4 days = $105 per day
5 days = $96 per day

Bike Size Guide

Use the following height measurements to guide which frame size will suit you best.  If you’re in between frame sizes we recommend going for the larger size.

Your Height:

XS: 155-163cm
Small: 163-170cm
Medium: 170-178cm
Large: 178-185cm
XL: 185-192cm

Measuring Saddle Height

In addition to you selecting the correct bike size, we will require your saddle height.

Measure the distance in centimetres between the centre of your crankset and the top of your saddle on your current bike, in the middle of the saddle rails.

Rental Inclusions

The following are included with your rental:

  1. Helmet: Small, Medium, Large or Bring Your Own.
  2. Pedals: Your choice of; Shimano SPD-SL Road, Shimano SP-MTB, Look Keo, Time Iclic, Speedplay, Flat pedals or Bring Your Own.
  3. Bottle Cages: (x2)
  4. Saddle Bag: Includes; Spare Tube, Tyre Levers, Co2 Canister and Co2 Inflator.
  5. Lights: We can provide both front & Rear Lights
  6. Computer Mount: Garmin or Wahoo Mounts Available.

Pick up and delivery options

You can choose to pick up from our location in Perth or we can deliver to your hotel for a fee (confirmed at checkout).

Note: Our rental office is closed on weekends so you can only pick and drop off Mon-Fri.  However, we can deliver and collect the bike from your hotel any day of the week.

Insurance

Your bike is not covered by insurance which means if you damage the bike or its stolen this cost will need to be covered by you. 

A $500 security deposit will be held on your credit card to cover accidental damage to the bike.  We recommend taking out Bike Damage Protection for just $30 per day with us offering peace of mind by reducing your financial responsibility for any accidental damage to your rented bike. Should any damage occur while riding, your out-of-pocket cost is capped at $500.

This cover applies only to accidental damage to the rental bike and does not extend to lost or stolen bikes, third-party claims, or personal injury.

Bike Damage Protection is an option in the checkout process when you rent your bike.  When you are at the step to add accessories - scroll to the far right.

We strongly advise you to arrange your own 3rd Party Liability Cover with a reputable provider to cover claims that may arise in the event of an incident or injury involving a 3rd party covering all road users and pedestrians.

Cancellation & Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

  • 30+ Days out - full refund
  • 7+ Days out - 80% refund or credit note full value
  • 48hrs+ out - 50% refund or credit note full value
  • Within 48 hours of rental - no refund
