How it works

  • 1. Choose delivery to your hotel in Brisbane or Mooloolaba or pick up from our location in Brisbane for free

    We can deliver to your hotel in Brisbane or Mooloolaba for a fee or alternatively you can pick up from our Brisbane showroom for free (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm). We can deliver and pick up from your hotel any day of the week.

  • 2. Select the event dates & the bike in the correct size

    Select the dates you would like the bike (Friday to Monday). Choose the appropriate bike size. See a size guide in the drop down below.

    If you are looking for extended dates while you are visiting please contact us

  • 3. Choose your pedals & accessories

    - Select your preferred pedal or choose BYO if you will bring your own.

    - Select optional paid accessories (scroll right) including a GPS Bike Computer and Bike Damage Cover.

    - In the final step specify which optional free accessories you would like (helmet, lights, saddle bag).

Use the following rider height ranges as a general guide to choose your ideal frame size. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing down — our frames run a touch larger than standard.

Your Height:
• XXS: 150–160 cm
• XS: 160–168 cm
• Small: 168–175 cm
• Medium: 175–182 cm
• Large: 182–188 cm
• XL: 188–195 cm

For the most accurate fit, refer to your current bike’s stack and reach or reach out to us for personalised sizing advice.

The following are included with your Sydney rental:

  1. Helmet: Small, Medium, Large or Bring Your Own.
  2. Pedals: Your choice of; Shimano SPD-SL Road, Shimano SP-MTB, Look Keo, Time Iclic, Speedplay, Flat pedals or Bring Your Own.
  3. Bottle Cages: (x2)
  4. Saddle Bag: Includes; Spare Tube, Tyre Levers, Co2 Canister and Co2 Inflator.
  5. Lights: We can provide both front & Rear Lights
  6. Computer Mount: Garmin or Wahoo Mounts Available.

Rental Pricing

Mooloolaba Triathlon Special - $650

Friday-Monday Rental

Pickup/Delivery Options

  1. The bikes will be available for pick up from our location near the Brisbane CBD on Thursday or Friday before the event.
  2. We can deliver and pick up from hotels in the Brisbane CBD before you travel to Noosa for a $20 fee.
  3. We can deliver and pick up the bike at your hotel in Noosa for a $50 fee.

Measurements we require

In addition to you selecting the correct bike size, we will require your saddle height.

Measure the distance in centimetres between the centre of your crankset and the top of your saddle on your current bike, in the middle of the saddle rails.

Insurance

Your bike is not covered by insurance which means if you damage the bike or its stolen this cost will need to be covered by you.

We provide Bike Damage Cover for $30 per day which is an optional extra in the checkout process.  But this does not cover theft. 

We strongly advise you to arrange your own 3rd Party Liability Cover with a reputable provider to cover claims that may arise in the event of an incident or injury involving a 3rd party covering all road users and pedestrians.

Cancellation & Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

  • 30+ Days out - full refund
  • 7+ Days out - 20% or credit note full value
  • 48hrs+ out - 50% refund
  • Within 48 hours of rental - no refund
