How it works

1. Choose your dates
Select your bike size and the dates you would like to rent the bike from and to. The longer the rental the cheaper the day rate.
2. Choose your accessories
If the bike is available the next page gives you options to add the accessories (helmet, lights, saddle bag) and the pedals you would like.
3. Delivered to your hotel or pick up
We can deliver and pick up the bike at your hotel in the CBD ($20 fee). Or you can pick up from our location in Ultimo for free which is centrally located.

Need To Know

Rental Inclusions

The following are included with your Sydney rental:

Helmet: Small, Medium, Large or Bring Your Own.
Pedals: Your choice of; Shimano SPD-SL Road, Shimano SP-MTB, Look Keo, Time Iclic, Speedplay, Flat pedals or Bring Your Own.
Bottle Cages: (x2)
Saddle Bag: Includes; Spare Tube, Tyre Levers, Co2 Canister and Co2 Inflator.
Lights: We can provide both front & Rear Lights
Computer Mount: Garmin or Wahoo Mounts Available.

Bike Size Guide

Use the following height measurements to guide which frame size will suit you best. If you’re in between frame sizes we recommend going for the larger size.

XS: 162-168cm
Small: 166-174cm
Medium: 174-180cm
Large: 178-186cm
XL: 184-192cm

1 day = $140 per day
2 days = $120 per day
3 days = $105 per day
4 days = $97.50 per day
5 days = $90 per day
6 days = $85 per day
7 days = $80 per day
8 days = $75 per day
9 days = $70 per day
10+ days = $65 per day

Pick up and delivery options

You can choose to pick up from our location in Ultimo close to the Sydney CBD or we can deliver to your hotel for a fee (confirmed at checkout).

Can the bike be picked up the day before the rental starts?

Yes, you can pick the bike up after 4pm the day before your rental starts Monday to Friday. For delivery to your hotel we will drop off the bike at the hotel concierge between 4-8pm the day before so its ready for you to pick up.

How to measure saddle height

In addition to you selecting the correct bike size, we will require your saddle height.

Measure the distance in centimetres between the centre of your crankset and the top of your saddle on your current bike, in the middle of the saddle rails.

Insurance

Your bike is not covered by insurance which means if you damage the bike or its stolen this cost will need to be covered by you.

We strongly advise you to arrange your own 3rd Party Liability Cover with a reputable provider to cover claims that may arise in the event of an incident or injury involving a 3rd party covering all road users and pedestrians.

Cancellation & Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

30+ Days out - full refund
7+ Days out - 20% or credit note full value
48hrs+ out - 50% refund
Within 48 hours of rental - no refund
