Variety Spin 4 Kids 2025: $147,000 Raised for Kids in Need
At BikeRental.cc, we are proud to support events that not only bring people together but also make a meaningful difference in the community. This September, we partnered with Variety, the Children’s Charity NSW/ACT, to power their annual Spin 4 Kids events across Sydney. The results were nothing short of incredible.
Two Days, Two Events, One Big Goal
The action kicked off at KPMG Sydney, where teams pedalled hard for four hours, clocking up over 3,500 km and raising more than $58,000 for kids in need across NSW and ACT.
The very next day, the energy shifted to Barangaroo, with an even bigger challenge. Over five hours, teams covered more than 5,000 km and raised an additional $90,000.
Together, the two events raised over $147,000, making this the biggest Spin 4 Kids in Variety’s history. Every dollar goes directly towards supporting children and families, including those living in regional and remote communities.
Our Role
BikeRental.cc provided the bikes that powered these unforgettable days. Watching hundreds of riders take turns, pushing through fatigue, and cheering each other on while raising funds for such an important cause reminded us why we do what we do.
Our mission has always been more than bike rentals. It is about being the tool that helps charities, corporates, and communities bring their fundraising ideas to life. Whether it is through spin-a-thons like Spin 4 Kids, virtual cycling activations using Zwift software, or large-scale corporate rides, we specialise in creating experiences that inspire, engage, and deliver real impact.
Looking Ahead
With Spin 4 Kids 2025 setting a new record, we are already excited for what comes next. Variety has announced that Spin 4 Kids 2026 will return on Friday 18 September, and we look forward to supporting again, helping make the event even bigger and better.
