The following are included with your Sydney rental:

1. Helmet: Small, Medium, Large or Bring Your Own.
2. Pedals: Your choice of; Shimano SPD-SL Road, Shimano SP-MTB, Look Keo, Time Iclic, Speedplay, Flat pedals or Bring Your Own.
3. Bottle Cages: (x2)
4. Saddle Bag: Includes; Spare Tube, Tyre Levers, Co2 Canister and Co2 Inflator.
5. Lights: We can provide both front & Rear Lights
6. Computer Mount: Garmin or Wahoo Mounts Available.

World Tri Champs Special - $1000

There are 3 options to choose from:

1. The bikes will be available for pick up from our Ultimo offices which are walking distance from the Sydney CBD on the Thursday or Friday before the event.
2. We can deliver and pick up from hotels in the Sydney CBD before you travel to Wollongong for a $20 fee.
3. We can deliver and pick up the bike at your hotel in Wollongong for a $70 fee.

Your bike is not covered by insurance which means if you damage the bike or its stolen this cost will need to be covered by you.

We provide Bike Damage Cover for $30 per day which is an optional extra in the checkout process.  But this does not cover theft. 

We strongly advise you to arrange your own 3rd Party Liability Cover with a reputable provider to cover claims that may arise in the event of an incident or injury involving a 3rd party covering all road users and pedestrians.

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• 30+ Days out - full refund
• 7+ Days out - 20% or credit note full value
• 48hrs+ out - 50% refund
• Within 48 hours of rental - no refund

In addition to you selecting the correct bike size, we will require your saddle height.

Measure the distance in centimetres between the centre of your crankset and the top of your saddle on your current bike, in the middle of the saddle rails.
